Teaching about Jesus is one of the significant things that sets Lutheran schools apart from public schools. The teachers and students witness personally and publicly to their faith in Jesus Christ by how they treat their classmates, are accountable in their studies, and in their personal lives. Our teachers not only teach from the Lutheran perspective in class, but integrate our faith into every subject taught and every activity.

The teachers and I pray daily for our students and our own personal spiritual life to be filled with the Holy Spirit. We pray that all will listen to His words, and do as He instructs so we can give glory to God in all we do. Life in the Spirit helps us to find kind words to say in a gentle manner with a forgiving spirit, knowing that it is the very children of the Father with whom we speak. The Spirit helps us understand that our focus is not on the things of this world that will pass away, but on things of the spirit that will not pass away.
